daveblack123
I can't figure this out. I've searched at microsoft.com, google and these forums. I have a Lucida Handwriting font that I use. A friend of mine wants to use it too but I can't figure out how to get it on her system. We both run Windows XP SP2 and MSN Messenger 6.2. I have many, many more fonts to choose from in MSN Messenger. She has lots of fonts in the windows/fonts directory that she can get to with Microsoft Word but not with Messenger.Any ideas? Thanks, Dave.
andsome
I just tried an experiment. I opened 'Fonts' in Windows. I right clicked on a font and dragged it to 'My Documents', I was offered the option to copy or move it to that folder, I chose COPY. If you do this you should be able then to put it onto a floppy disc or CD, and install it on her computer.
scuzzman
Messenger cannot support some fonts...Otherwise, install them using andsome's methodBy the way, have you seen this? Just remember to NOT install the incorporated spyware, and to be on the safe side, read its license agreement thoroughly.

andsome
Don't worry about bothering anyone on here. It's a very friendly and extremely helpful forum. Believe it or not, people actually enjoy helping, otherwise why would they do it?
