szar5000
I just upgraded form version 2.1 (which was working fine with my new device) and everything was fine until I connected my Sony MD-HD1 device. When I tried to transfer some more songs, I got a message:THE ATRAC AUDIO DEVICE CANNOT BE USED WITH THIS VERSION OF SONIC STAGE.How to fix this? scuzzman
The only thing I could think to do would be downgrade Sonic Stage back to 2.1.The hardware you have is incompatible.Unless someone has some experience with this...?BTW: Welcome to WF
-pops-
This indicates very poor software engineering to me. Try to contact the producers of Sonic stage and ask them what they are going to do about it - you can't be the only one who is in, or will be in, this situation and it doesn't reflect well on their product - especially as it their own.For something positive have a look at this http://forums.designtechnica.com/showthrea...p?threadid=4148A quick Google shows that there are lots of unhappy Sonic Stage users. szar5000
I have reloaded my original software, and it still does not work.I connected my old MZ-N707 Sony unit and it was recognized and I was able to transfer songs there and back. The problem is, that my new unit somehow is not recognized.I will try to load this program on my second computer and to see if it is seen there by Sonic Stage.I also contacted Sony support and they answered with e-mail within 2 hours, but theirs advice was to reload software. It did not help.Last evening I sent them another e-mail but no answer yet. I guess they don't work at night.
