artist
SO pretty - but I hate the snow. It belongs only on Christmas cards. :)

andsome
SO pretty - but I hate the snow. It belongs only on Christmas cards. :)Ditto, I agree.Nice pictures, but would you be offended if I offered a little tip? I would say that you had the camera in automatic mode. A camera will always try to read a scene as an average of grey tones, and expose accordingly. Therefore, when the scene is very bright such as when there is a lot of snow about, the camera will tend to UNDER expose to make an average grey scene, so you should put the camera into manual mode, and OVER expose to whatever the camera wants. Try doing two or three exposures, one at auto mode, then plus one stop, then plus 1.5, to 2 stops. The opposite applies to under lit scenes. deuces wild
Thanks andsome. Will give it a try. Will have to read the manual first to figure it out. This is an older Sony FD Mavica.
