lester1
My computer came pre-loaded with software, one of the programs loaded was Works 2000. Despite my best efforts I have been unable to completely uninstall this. Also I loaded Greensheet and like the above have been unable to completely eradicate all traces of both. Both are listed in Add/Remove programs but when selected the message unable to continue appears. scuzzman
You might try removing it through a third-party utility such as CCleaner. If you do that though, I might reccomend a scan/fix with RegScrubXP afterward.

scuzzman
You did click the "tools" option at the top? That's what uses the Add/Remove Programs type thing and can remove entries that should no be there...
artist
Bit basic - but did you do a 'search' for the bits? Might tell you where they are sitting.

scuzzman
Hmm - try a run with RegScrubXP - this'll nail any un-needed regkeys.

scuzzman
I'm pretty sure RegSupreme is compatible with Win98 - there's a free 30-day trial available here.
