deuces wild
Neither do I other than the fact that the songs are not recorded at the same level of volume. Does yours adjust the volume of all songs to one level?

I get all the variation of volume that the original had. My choice apart from jazz, is classical, and this sort of music has a great variation between different volumes during the piece. Nero reproduces this faithfully for me.
deuces wild
I think you may be missing the point. Let me give an example. You donwload several mp3's. All are not recorded at the same basic level of volume. So when you record them on a CD on song may be loud and another soft. The program I showed in my original post will make the basic volume of all the songs the same. There will still be the original highs and lows in each of the songs,.Now if you only records off original CD's this program offers nothing as all the songs on that original are already at the same basic volume. Scarecrow Man
I quite like Nero as well. I believe if you have the full package there is a way to adjust audio levels, though I've never needed to, so I may be wrong.

deuces wild
Please note: Not all downloading of MP3's is illegal nor was I condoning the illegal download of MP3's. There are plenty of on line services that offer MP3 downloads for a fee. These services make the downloads legitimate and legal.
