juby
In the links part of IE some of the links have a logo of there own, e.g, Google has "G".What determines this?On my PC all links have the html logo. (XP SP2)This has always puzzled me.Thanks Juby
expertec
It has always puzzled me too... probably it is just coded that way by the website owner. :)

Zfactor
The link's icon come from the sites themselves. Some sites (like this one) have custom icons that appear in the address bar. These icons get transfered onto your links in the link bar when you load the page. If there is no custom icon for the site it just goes default.
