mark2 Posted March 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted March 3, 2005 Unfortunately it's not dead in the water yet, BBCA proposed European law on software patents will not be re-drafted by the European Commission (EC) despite requests by MEPs.Appears the EC want to push it through as is.
