EdBoy7713
hey, one of my user accounts on another network I usually dont use much is a limited account. I need to change my password for the account, however I don't have access to the control pannel, nor access to administrative provelages (unless any of you knows how to get admin. privelages through the registry like I've been trying to figure out for some time now - copying the sids from the admin.'s folder into mine doesn't work since the registry is automatically refreshed every time i log on again, and I would have to do that for them to take effect). I've got one of those annoying 'jackasses' (excuse my language) on my hands (in my workgroup)....you know, one of those morons who thinks he's a hacker but doesnt know crap, who may potentially know how to change the password, however he "can't reveal his deep hacking secrets for under $200" (lol) - its not even hacking, I just need to change my password. Ive been reading a lot of internet sites, trying to figure this out, and a few have slopily mentioned doing this in command prompt or in "Computer Management", which i've already sifted in and out and it doesnt look like theres anything there. my user account doesnt even show up under "users". THANKS A TON, I REALLY APPRECIATE IT.~SEAN  :muha: :loldbz_2: :jawdrop: :birthday: :beamme: :mf_fart2:
