No doubt that the workers will wish the boss well with his bonus of almost £3,000,000. -pops- Posted May 17, 2005 Report Share Posted May 17, 2005 It's only a few months ago that they were losing money faster than water running out of the bath.Perhaps if they started a real postal SERVICE, they may make even more money.I received a letter the other day from "Your Postman" telling me that in order to "improve their service", I would be getting only one postal delivery per day and that would be between 7-00am and 1-00 pm. Funny but, I've only had one post delivery a day for about 15 years. Admittedly it came well before one o'clock.I am not a centenarian but I can remember when there were three posts a day and it was possible to receive letters the same day they were posted.
