Although I can post messages, and reply to some, for the last twelve hours I have been unable to reply to a particular post (to which I replied earlier) in JOKES . All I get is a screen telling me that access in forbidden. What's up doc?

edit....punctuation.

what is the reply you were going to post?

Well that's even stranger. When I attach it here, I can not preview it nor send it, just as happened when I tried to send it in its rightful section. It must therefore be some thing in the message itself. I shall PM it to you for your inspection.

This is in notepad, the same as your attempted post. I wonder if I can paste this in.
Obviously yes, so what are doing wrong?

My first "repost" attempt was from a copy I created not out of Notepad but directly off the "Enter your Post" panel on this site. When it did not work I copied it into Notepad because I am lazy and did not fancy typing all again.

Try posting your reply to that thread into this one.

There are certain words that are reserved and lead to that 401 error. "wget" (without the quotation marks, and not at the end of the post) for instance causes it; see topic 19065.

I think it is for security reasons. I also think that the admins should publish the list of reserved words.
