I tried the world wind program you suggested in another thread and I couldn't navigate through the towns, let alone get any good detail...It's been hastily uninstalled :D ... If I visit my old residence in Lucerne/Switzerland, the whole area is a mere blur. But if I go to Zurich, the whole city is crisp and clear.More funny is if I go to Sydney/Australia. Most of the city is very clear, but if I move towards the harbour and the opera house, that whole area is also blurred.Hopefully some day they will have clear data for the whole earth.P.S.
