CurlyWhirly Posted January 12, 2006 Report Share Posted January 12, 2006 I wonder if all the bad publicity with rootkits released by so called reputable Companies like Sony (and now in this case Symantec) whether this will spend the end of rootkits?Perhaps in the future, the only rootkits that will be in the 'wild' being those released by malware writers?
