Ports not Forwarding Correctly (Linksys WRT54GC)

Your port forwarding is setup correctly - are you sure the server is running on the computer? Also, most firewall checkers report the difference between CLOSED and STEALTH. The shot you posted reported it as CLOSED. If your port forwarding were not working, it would have been STEALTH.

I had a problem once using the basic echo request ping port, and the problem was that I would kill the McAphee firewall in the task manager but it was actually still running as a service in the services.msc configuration index. And to make things even more annoying the McAphee GUI does not allow you to specify the ports/services that can be run, only gives you three options for all security settings which are: low security, medium security, and high security and it can get quite confusing when you do not know what services are being blocked by particular settings.

I must have a different McAfee firewall to you as I have Trusting security, Standard security and Tight security.

I usually leave it on Standard security but when online banking I used to set it to Tight security but I don't bother now since upgrading to a SpeedTouch modem/router with it's own hardware firewall.
