Anti-Spyware software

I have Norton Anti-Virus on my PC which i great at stopping viruses getting on my system - problem is that i have nothing to stop spyware - any good free anti-spyware softwares out there to download?

A good free anti trojan program is A Squared. A Squared

I use a2 squared as andsome suggested and I also use Spybot S & D and Ad-Aware.

They are all free and do a good job.

Well Nellie2 i dont know how i get them as i did have Microsofts Anti-Spyware on my machine - saw a post on here saying to try out panda. So i did a free scan and it came up with a few possible harmful objects. Thats why i posted this in the first place as i had no confidence in the Microsoft program in the first place.

Should have explained that earlier!!! :D

Anyway, i have installed a-squared (thankyou andsome) and it cam up with a few bits - 89 in total - below are the ones i dont know whether it is safe to remove or not!!!! Any assitance would be appreciated!!!

If A-squared will clean all that for you then let it.. they are all stuff you don't want on your computer.

Don't forget MS Defender is still beta, if you want a really effective spyware/malware cleaner then you will need a pay for product like Spysweeper or Ewido
