catgate Posted March 21, 2006 Report Share Posted March 21, 2006 This will probably have something to do with allowing the larger amalgamated police forces more daytime, to find their way around their new "patches", before starting looking for "villains" to "plunder" in order to top up the "State Funds", which will be needed to finance what is going to become the greatest slush fund of all time.By my reckoning the only thing left that our heros in Westminster have not yet tried to modernise into ruination is time itself.
