Well there are two options,from what I understand:Using one of internet security utility packs, such as Mcaf. or Panda, you lock your explorer´s out-bound (connections to internet) by an Access code, unless you type in the right code, you will not be able to connect to any site,Or take your "router" or "Modem" with you when you leave your office or station.maybe there might be a third option, but I assume somehow complicated and slow, and that is making your subordinates understand that, "they should not be playing with boss´s PC at his absence". So, if you don't want them to use the computer, simply password-protect it and shut it down. I would like have Registry value and its address to disable download...The thing is this: In order to view a page, you must download it. So, if you don't want them to use the computer, simply password-protect it and shut it down.
