Currently they open not maximised and it is really bugging me as on all of my other pcs, the windows open maximised. Any help would be appreciated! -pops- Posted June 1, 2006 Report Share Posted June 1, 2006 You can make IE windows appear to be maximised on opening by dragging the corners (with the cursor) to fill the screen and then close. IE should remember that setting an open that size next time.If you want it to be a real full screen, follow the instructions given in Windows Hep & Support:To start a program as a taskbar button or as a maximized windowRight-click the program you want to start as a taskbar button or as a maximized window. You can find programs on the Start menu, in Windows Explorer, or in My Computer.Click Properties, and then click the Shortcut tab. In the Run list, click Minimized if you want the program to open as a taskbar button, or click Maximized if you want the program to open as a full-screen window. In fact the only reason why i keep it is so i can still do Windows Updates, Otherwise i would have uninstalled it bye now..
