andsome Posted August 1, 2006 Report Share Posted August 1, 2006 My install was interrupted, as I didn't realise that the new version was not installed until after the restart, and was doing something else as the installation started. The program seemed to be running OK but froze. I tried again with the same result. I have just done a system restore and it is scanning now. If this is not right I will have to use my Acronis backup. As I said, I was doing something else when the final stage of installing started, makes you appreciate why the warning is to close ALL other programs before installing.
