Owing to the changes over the last 12 months I am in need of a new flag to carry in this years Great North Run. Any volunteers for this year or will I have to twist Rebel's arm? Must get a good sign for this year that stands out a bit. Can it be something printed on your T-shirt so you don't have to carry anything?
