I firmly believe in making a complaint when justified, but also believe in giving credit when it is due. A few days ago I placed a very low value order for six packs of five CD jewel cases. the couriers had obviously thrown the package all over the place and eleven were damaged. I telephoned to let Maplins know. A VERY helpful young lady apologised profusely, and promised to despatch three replacement packs of five immediately. These arrived yesterday morning by first class post LESS THAN TWENTY FOUR HOURS after my call. EXCELLENT service indeed. I would recommend them heartily.
