It is diabolical cruelty to get dogs to head butt people without the poor dog wearing a protective helmet and full body armour in case the scum bag offender retaliates.

I hope the RSPCA is on the case.

It would be much more offender friendly for them to use little lap dogs like a Shih Tzu to yap the offender into submission or hump his leg to inhibit him running away.

Tough on crime......

I see Tony has "hailed" another historic event. The second triumphal failure of success of his Irish legacy policy. Jerry Adams does not see it that way and I'm sure big gob Paisley doesn't, but, with two more terrorists on the run, cracks in pipework causing two nuclear reactors to shut down and now his presiding over the longest gas pipeline in the world (shortly to be targetted by the two twerrorists on the run,) what has he to worry about?

Surely the total ineptitude of this mob in Westminster has been proved over and over again. They have presided over a massive increase in PC as well as a massive overcrowding of the prisons. PC and so called human rights is keeping 10,000 foreign thugs in our luxury prisons, because they might get punished more if sent back to where they came from. As for this hare brained scheme to pay thugs to go home at the end of their sentence, words fail EVEN me. Only a B'liar government could think that one up. Guy Faulkes, please come back.
