They have presided over a massive increase in PC as well as a massive overcrowding of the prisons. PC and so called human rights is keeping 10,000 foreign thugs in our luxury prisons, because they might get punished more if sent back to where they came from. As for this hare brained scheme to pay thugs to go home at the end of their sentence, words fail EVEN me. Only a B'liar government could think that one up. Guy Faulkes, please come back.
