andsome
Just about to uninstall it and put Zone Alarm back. No doubt that it is secure, but it is now irritating me by constantly asking whether or not to allow programs to access the internet, even though I have alreday agreed, and ticked the remember this action box. jason.b.c
I'm using Comodo... I like it! B)I alway's liked it ( when i had it ) , I thought it was a very good and secure firewall compared to most others...but it is now irritating me by constantly asking whether or not to allow programs to access the internet, even though I have alreday agreed, and ticked the remember this action box. That never bothered me , I'd rather that it were popping up a warning message box once in a while , Just so you can make sure things aren't trying to access the internet without permission... andsome
I felt that it was secure, and an on line Scan satisfied me on that point, but in one day IE asked for permission to go on line at least half a dozen times, despite the remember this box being ticked. Several programs also did this. I am now happily back using ZA.

Then click configure in the miscalaneuous box and where it says alert level frequency put the bar on very low which is 1 popup per app just like most of you want. It comes up twice or more because its asking incoming and outgoing or act as a server alerts. Once its set to very low it will be 1 popup as you all want and all you do is press the remember check box.
