It sounds interesting and at the moment I'm suffering form the lack of self cofidence so i may give it ago. Has anyone read this book on here? Alan2273 Posted January 5, 2007 Report Share Posted January 5, 2007 If your self confidence is low you have got nothing to lose by trying it.Have you ever thought about sitting down in a quiet place and thinking through why your self esteem is low, that may give you the answer to your problem, or at least give you a starting point. I have never read his books, but when my employer gave me a nervous breakdown, one of his C.D's helped me to sleep at night.
