gordythegouge
This item was found in “Navair Weekly” sometime in 1997Earlier this year, the dazed crew of a Japanese fishing trawler were plucked out of the Sea of Japan, clinging to the remaining wreckage of their sunken vessel. Their rescue, however, was followed by immediate imprisonment once authorities questioned the seamen about their ships loss. They claimed that a COW; falling out of the clear blue sky; had struck the trawler amidships, shattering it’s hull and sinking it within minutes. The crew remained in prison for several weeks, until the high command of the Russian Air Force; reluctantly; informed the Japanese authorities of what happened. The crew of one of their cargo planes had apparently stolen a cow that was wandering at the edge of a Siberian airfield. The crew; always searching for ways to make a fast ruble on the black market; forced the cow into the planes hold and hastily took off for home. Unprepared for live cargo, the Russian fliers were ill equipped to manage a now rampaging cow within the hold. To save themselves and the aircraft, they shoved the animal out into the great blue yonder above the Sea of Japan at 30,000 ft.
