It sounds like all three of your posts are probably tied together and the suspect is most likely ZA. It may not get along with your spyware scanner? I don't know but all the problems you have mentioned I have had once upon a time with ZA and I know others have at other forums. Best way to check is telling ZA to shutdown and or remove it from startup and seeing if the problem still persists. Upgrading may also work.

no i dont, because i only have the ZoneAlarm Firewall!

if you want the firewall+AV, just must buy those products apart!

if you dont believe me: check this!!!

I was recently asked by a friend to get rid of Norton. I then did a search for Zone Alarm pro, and downloaded it and installed it, it was AV, Firewall, Anti Malware etc etc. I had not appreciated the fact that there is also a Zone Alarm pro AV and also a Zone Alarm Pro Firewall.. I was mistaken. :huh::huh:

finally, you know that ZoneLabs offer more than only two product XD [sorry if i offend you]

but why should svchost.exe take so much memory, 'cause i never noticed it before... [please explain]
