Cannot hear MPEG-4 video file

Recommended Posts

Classic Media Player which comes with K-Lite Codec Pack will play MP4. You should try installing the K-Lite codec pack pops has suggested as I am sure it will fix your problem. (it fixed my playback issue with divx files)

Here is a direct link to K-Lite Codec Pack you need - http://www.free-codecs.com/download_soft.php?d=2781&s=95

I was reluctant to open the link you gave but, I did in the end.

I couldn't find anything to click on to enable me to hear anything.

It may be me being stupid with this - it's not the sort of thing that I am familiar with but the site seemed very confused/confusing.

If it is this one file, I would forget about it and move on.
