Rebel=UK=
Im selling my Spare rig, it currently has a copy of Vista Business X86 edition on which i got through my MSDNAA. I wanted to know the legality of leaving this on when selling it. Obviously i would make it clear i would not be charging for the vista installation. But just thought it would be a good selling point when i go to sell it on.

trackrat
No it is not legal. The underlying Microsoft Windows desktop operating system may only be installed on new or replacement PCs acquired without an operating system for exclusive use by students or faculty enrolled in or employed by the member Department or organization; it is not transferable and must be removed if the PC is transferred.Alan this link will tell you what it means.http://msdn.microsoft.com/academic/program/usageguide/Alan what has happened to the Ho in your avatar?.
