BigStevie1973 Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 When I try to synchronize the Windows time clock with an internet server I get the following error message: -"An error occurred getting the status of the last sychronization. The RPC server is unavailable."When I go into administrative tools/services it says that Windows Time is not started (although it is set to start automatically) and when I try to start it another error message comes up: -"Could not start the Windows Time service on Local Computer.Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"Anyone know how to solve this problem? djohn Posted July 20, 2007 Report Share Posted July 20, 2007 Hello doug, just do a google for time servers then when you find the one you want to use open up the sync window and click on the blue link, 'time synchronisation' and I 'm sure it gives you details in there how to enter it.
