nellie2 Posted July 30, 2007 Report Share Posted July 30, 2007 I was just at the CCleaner site when I noticed this new additionRecuva (pronounced "recover") is a freeware Windows utility to restore files that have been accidentally deleted from your computer. This includes files emptied from the Recycle bin as well as images and other files that have been deleted by user error from digital camera memory cards or MP3 players. It works in that it does recover files but the problem is that it re-names them all so that if there is a lot, it would take a huge amount of work to sort them out again.
