gordythegouge
I wonder if anyone has had a similar problem to me? I purchased Acronis True image 10 last night and dutifully received the serial number and links to the site for download this morning. I discovered the links were defunct but maanaged to download the Trial Version as that appeared to be the only lnk that didn't ask for another payment. Downloaded, installed and then registered my serial no. with Acronis. So far so good. However, registering the product has not removed the time-trial splash screen and as I see no way to get into the Program to register as cosha......I'm now assuming I've downloaded from the wrong link.......so?.............now what do I do? I've sent Acronis an e-mail but they're probably still abed at the moment. Can anyone advise me? :(
-pops-
Was this done through Acronis itself or through WF Acronis offer? If the latter, the guy running that service is very helpful and, I'm sure will get things in order very quickly. Similarly, if you did the ordering through Acronis themselves they are also helpful but not quite as speedy.

By the way....it was Acronis themselves through the Live chat to an operator system that got the deed done, here's hoping the software is easier to use than it was to download!
-pops-
It is easy to use PROVIDED you follow the instructions and don't (as some people) try and "do your own thing" with it.
Gandalph
I've used it for quite some time now and believe me it is the best thing since sliced bread.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
This is one software that I like to receive on CD-ROM, not via download. Neither Acronis, nor the WF subscriber offer send you a CD. So I ordered it through Amazon. The problem is that the upgrade offer from Acronis again is just a download, so if you want to upgrade, you have to buy the full version again. Not funny! When I purchased my Acronis through WF there was an option to purchase the CD version or just the download version. That was way back in January this year and I realise that it might have changed, but the option at the time was there.

That's why I bought the full-price version from Amazon.

ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Just as a matter of interest Pat, why would you prefer a CD-ROM version?I know that Acronis TI allows you to make a bootable recovery CD, but I prefer to have and use the original Acronis install and recovery CD. It's in a nice and recognizable box; when I make CDs of any sort, I put them in box, and usually can never find them again :
