Lamb Chop
I visited them RongOk guys I will have to use my recovery disc - no one can help me with a disc and I am told it wouldn't work anyway. So have to go back to factory condition. Bit hard as I have wireless keyboard and mouse - got rid of the keyboard that came with it as it had no letters left all worn off in less then 12 months. Actually just about off my Logitech (made in china) one too.So do you think it matters if I have wireless ones???Also have to back up my files - so need one that writes to a disc and I have 10 CD-R 700MB which I am told are suitable.Anyone know a good one simple to use for me - and not too expensive .seems my XP home edition does not come with back up and going to MS site in order to download it cant as it says have to put in your XP disc - that is my problem don't have one. So cant get their back up either As ansome said shouldn't be allowed to sell them without the disc with the OS on it. Cost enough.

Lamb Chop
Thanks guys - I have just downloaded hard Disc Manager which is supposed to be good and bought some CD-R discs which are I'm told the ones for back up as CD-RW they can can be rewritten. Learn something new every day with computers - never boring eh :D So I will 'back up' early tomorrow as Hubbies is planning to watch Arsenal beat AC Milan - today saw Liverpool beat Inter. :D Then do the dirty deed and insert the recovery disc - and hope to be back.
