They play a dull thudding beat in the background as the presenter is talking that really grates with me. For the life of me I cannot understand why. Yes, especially when they show extracts from football matches etc. They also had this appalling row on Midlands news at lunchtime, when they went outside for a couple of news items.Very funny, but I question the need for the drumming noise.
