There's an error in your registry which you need to put right. Read the details on that link carefully and print them out or carefully copy them. Follow the instructions exactly. It is usually spread by Trojans, such as Zlob. It uses continuous popup windows and fake system notifications to scare the user into buying the licensed version - which is of course, a fake.
