Beariing in mind your last couple of problems, are you absolutely sure that your system is now clear of malware ?

Do you have an AV program and a firewall, and if so are they updated regularly? Do you have any third party Anti Malware programs, and are they updated and run regularly? :D

Did you try restarting the computer? I know mine did that a few days ago, and it turned out that a few programs weren't responding, and had to manually shut them down to shut the computer down. :)

Main suspicion is still malware.

What antivirus do you have installed? Have you ran a full scan on your system?

What anti-spyware have you installed? Have you ran a full scan on your system?

Recommend to run an online scan with http://housecall.trendmicro.com/ - use v6.6 rather than v6.5

Also check how long this high CPU usage lasts. Is it only 2-3 minutes or several minutes?

Do you have any automatic tasks scheduled, as it might be those running?

Or automatic updates?

Is there input or ouput through the intenet connection at those times (it might simply be automatic updates)?

Or it might be just your system making a Restore Point.

Pat Willener, Malware can`t be because all xp after formating is new.

I have AVG. I have not asshure about full system scan. But now it`s done.

I`ll definitely try online scan!

ints, are you sure it's wise to turn off System Restore? It's your main means to get back to s stable configuration without too much hassle. I know some people do turn it off to save disk space, but at the same time keep all sorts of junk programmes that they never use.

In my experience a better strategy is to reduce the amount of space used for Restore Points. To do this open SR, click on System Restore Settings, then Settings, then reduce the slider to 5 or 6% for your systems disk/partition (C:). The other disks/partitions you can reduce to zero.
