Management was watching the lunchtime TV programme "Floppy Women", or some thing like that, as I took her a cup of "Drink" (well you can't, in all fairness, call it "Coffee", can you? I won't touch the stuff.) There on the screen were "The Krankies" spouting about doing 20 squillion seaside shows in a month of fortnights and all the rest of the usual show biz bovine dodo.I was staggered. Not just because they were still alive, but mainly because there are people about who must still be paying them money. Truly amazing in this day and age.
