Trini2Dbone Posted June 24, 2008 Report Share Posted June 24, 2008 Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a few windows problems. I'm hopeing we can solve them.I'm using Windows XP Home SP2.I'll start with the most pressing, this problem applies to any open window.The window does not show on the taskbar and if the window is minimized its as if its closed because its not on the taskbar and I only see my desktop therefore I'll either have to double click to reopen the application or folder OR go into Task Manager and "switch to". This tells me that the applications are working but i just can't see them on the taskbar. I've check the properties and all seems normal setup. Note: Recently installed Mozilla Firefox. Welcome to the forum. :D If you right-click Start, press Properties, then the Taskbar Tab and 'check' (tick) "Keep the Taskbar on top of other Windows, you might find that does the trick.
