kyle1985 Posted August 2, 2008 Report Share Posted August 2, 2008 I have 2 hard drives on my laptop(C and D). To free up more space on my C drive, I moved "My Pictures" from the C drive to the D drive. It worked just fine at first but now if open "My pictures" It closes immediately with no details except that there was an error with windows explorer and it needed to close! It makes no difference wheather i open "My Pictures" through its shortcut or open it directly through "My Computer" "D drive" "My Pictures" It just closes instantly! What can i do to fix this? First, what's your Windows version?Second, where is your "My Pictures" folder exactly located. Open Windows Explorer, then work your way down to the original location viaC:\Documents and Settings{your userid}My DocumentsMy PicturesIs it there? Can you open it from there?
