How do you feel about editing the registry, and getting rid of it from there? :D

I'd be a bit worried................

Don't be as long as you do it right. :D

By the way, cheers Decandy, I've done it now but it's not called "Properties" in Live Hotmail it's "View Message Source" :)

I don't think you need to do any registry editing. Let's start that again from the beginning, step by step.

  1. from Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Adobe Reader 9.0
  2. download Reader 8.1.3 from http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader...dr813_en_US.exe
  3. install it

take a break and drink some tea
    -----------------------------------------
  4. from Add/Remove Programs, uninstall Adobe Reader 8.1.3
  5. reinstall Reader 9.0 (you can download the version without Adobe AIR & Acrobat.com from http://download.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader...0_en_US_Std.exe)
