Dencandy
Internet Explorer 8 RTM (Release to Manufacturing) is to be released today (19th March) at 9am USA Pacific Time - that's about 9pm GMT. For novices, please note that this does not mean that this is for use by the general user. There's always the possibilty of last minute changes - as happened with Windows XP SP3.However, if you want to chance it you can get it from the usual Microsoft and Internet Explorer download sites. Even after that release time double check that it is the RTM version you are getting and not the previously released RC1 version (Release Candidate).Cautious people like me will wait awhile. You can read more about it from Computer World AT THIS SITE. andsome
There doesn't seem to be any point until it is finally released. Even then better to wait a while for snags to appear elsewhere. :D
