andsome
Isn't this just typical of some of the larger companys? I bet most of the offenders are American, worshipping the almighty dollar. BOYCOTT THEM, and stick with decent competitive companies. :D
CurlyWhirly
It's getting more and more dirty: http://www.betanews.com/article/Spybot-Sea...oval/1237840882 I was going to install a free anti-virus on my second PC and was alarmed to get a message saying that the anti-virus is incompatible with SpyBot and that I should uninstall it :0 I think it was Avira, in any case I decided to not go ahead with the Avira installation and went for AVG instead. Dencandy
I had a similar issue after an AdAware update a couple of months ago. Suddenly, after using AdAware and Spybot on the same computer for years, I found trying to scan with Spybot made my computer crash. Event log pointed to an AdAware file as the cause. I had to decide which one to remove & choose Spybot because AdAware is a little more versatile.
