Because that was the picture being hosted.

I'm out of ideas then. Last idea is to ask on the manufacturer's website. :(

oh, i havent seen that picture before, today is the first time i see it :P [i just cleaned out my temp internet files :P]

and i also contacted Acer about it, but still didnt get any reply yet...

Im sorry but maybe im mistaken - the very first part of that program shows an 'E' labeled 'Windows Media Player' with the file path 'c:\Program files\\Windows Media Player\' - can you not edit that to point to notepad?
ive seen that one yes, but it isnt the button that starts the Windows Media Center... as you would look to my images, you will see that that button is missing in the button customization program... :S
