northman Posted January 25, 2010 Report Share Posted January 25, 2010 Hi I have windows xp professional at work...somebody did some work on the computers a few weeks ago and one of the prompts associated with outlook express isn't popping up anymore. Specifically , when I right click on a photo, click "send to mail recipient" , outlook would launch and ask me if I wanted to keep the photo the original size or make it smaller. THIS PROMPT IS GONE. I deal with high res photos, so even one is sometimes too big to send by email, I need this prompt back...I know there are probably resizing programs and such but i'd really like to just get this prompt back....I'm sure it has something to do with a dll or some such and is probably a simple fix...appreciate any help, thanks.
