Irene Posted February 5, 2010 Report Share Posted February 5, 2010 Does anyone know of a converter for the 'movies' created by Window Live Movie Maker?I just tried to upload one into Facebook, but it's not an accepted format. :(I like the program, but it's no use if the format not generally acceptable. Otherwise, I will need to buy some other software which produces .avi or other files. None of my other s/w is compatible with Windows 7. This process should not last more than a few hours. There is an application called "Avidemux" that I have used quite a bit, with Ubuntu,for massaging one type of video to another. It will do all manner of things and I have just been to see if it is available for Windows and lo and behold :-/>http://avidemux.razorbyte.com.au/I think it is quite a good app., and very simple to use...hence my affection for it.
