catgate
I don't find it difficult to think of someone or maybe a party if she allowed them any say that did more harm in about the same timeOh you are right in as much as the Blessed Margaret did some very silly things and put a lot of people out of work, but the present set of muffins have been trying to put a fire out by dousing it with petrol, and when it didn't put the fire out they started throwing even more on. They have now run out of, petrol. But they will not use water (because they will loose face ...and power) so they are now trying alchemy to create more petrol from water, or anything else that they can find. They are even trying to persuade us that "fire is good for the country, and anyway they didn't start it so they are blameless".
andsome
In all honesty we cannot expect the schools to teach every little mundane piece of information. Everyday things like a lot of those mentioned should normally come from the parents. Too many parents just don't talk to their kids. Our kids and grand kids could have answered all of those questions well before school age. Kids in far too many homes are just stuck in the corner with their latest electronic gadgets and left to amuse themselves. How many parents of the kids mentioned just sit in from of soap operas for hours on end instead of talking to the kids or taking them for a walk and showing them things?
