AlanHo Posted August 15, 2010 Report Share Posted August 15, 2010 You could spend many frustrating hours chasing your tail on this one.If it were me - I would cut to the chase, back up my data (if it is on the same volume as Windows) and do a clean install of Windows 7 and all my programs except Norton which is a resource hog. Microsoft Security Essentials, Windows 7 firewall and safe internet practices are all you need.
