gordythegouge
Looking for some advice here as I don't want to take this back to PCWorld if I can help it at all.Really need this up and running now. I've had it (the printer) about 10 months and recently when I tried to print out a previously OK card....no colour.... even the black was a bit faded. I did a deep clean (twice) on the printhead and got the ink low messages. Purchased new cartridges, installed them, but unfortunately the colour still won't print so I carried out another deepclean. No joy. The ink's too expensive to carry on down this route so I wonder if anyone else has had this problem? I'm using Windows 7.Help!Gordy :(
doug
If it's still under warranty take it back. Ink is too expensive to mess about with.

gordythegouge
I bought it online...will the local branch accept it...or will I need to contact them through internet?
-pops-
If you have the receipt then you should be able to take it to your local store.Don't expect too much from them, though. There is a good reason (several good reasons) why I don't shop at that company. Inefficiency is one although they may have improved.
rong
If the jets are blocked will that come under a warranty???
doug
Apparently not because it's happening with new cartridges. So could be contact problems or hardware. whatever, he should take it back.
