jordan2301 Posted January 12, 2011 Report Share Posted January 12, 2011 basically, i downloaded updates on my pc while it was running then i restarted to install them, the pc said it was installing them when i booted up, it got to 100%, then it turned off.now, when i turn it on, the pc comes on, fan's and cpu cooler are on.but i get no display and no power to my usb devices.i had this problem before and i solved it by moving the harddrives, but this is different.i currently have it sat in a corner with all the power leads unplugged, and im gonna try again in about 30 min.have you guys ever heard of this problem or have a solution?thanks. F Reed Posted January 24, 2011 Report Share Posted January 24, 2011 Try just plugging back in the things you need (Monitor, KB,Mouse & Power) If you still don't get any video then it suggests a hardware problem, and there is a possibility that it was just a coincedence when it went wrong.I would try reseating RAM and processor and trying another PSU if you have one Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
