Mychal
As you can see from the image below. When I open certain pages like my Control Panel, Network Sharing, Homegroup, etc pages, some of the text isn't visble. I would like to know how to change the color of the text so I can see it. Boris
Please do not post the same problem several times in different boards. I have deleted your duplicates.
-pops-
This is probably due to the dark theme you have chosen. Try reverting to something more usual.
Mychal
Sorry about multi posts. I will look into that Pops, Thanks
Mychal
So I changed up my theme a few times and I still get the black background and black letter in the control panel windows. What you guys think I should do? When ever I change my theme the only thing that really changed in the desktop background and the taskbar
-pops-
Have you tried changing to a basic or classic theme (see Control Panel, Personalization then scroll down the page).
MANEMAN
Apologies for cutting in on the thread here Pops. I've had a couple of people who have managed to cock up the settings in Windows 7. This may, or may not be relevant to what Mychal is experiencing. They manage to find their way into, - Advanced appearance settings/ "Window Color and Appearance" mess around with settings and then because Microsoft never thought to include a "Return to Default" they dont know how to get their old settings back. (Applies to basic and easy access themes.) For default: Go through each item and reset fonts (where appropriate) to Segoe UI 9pt. Personalization is one place that Microsoft has given so many areas of choice, that a "Back to Default" button would have been really appreciated !
