CoxWalls
I have installed a printer driver but nothing prints!I know for sure that the printer is correctly connected to the computer as this is a Mac running Windows7 via VMWare fusion and the printer works perfectly well in Mac mode. The printer is a Kyocera FS1120 and I have downloaded the driver from Kyocera web site. My previous printer (also Kyocera) worked perfectly, so I know it can be done. MANEMAN
so I know it can be done That is a good positive attitude that many posters should perhaps adopt more often. You have got a lot of little things running around inside lots of other little things there haven't you ?Lots of tiny cogs of computing technology going around that only you can see.I think once you sort that part out you will be well on your way. These sort of challenges can at times be the most rewarding. Thanks for the post. John.
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Can you see the printer in the Device Manager? When you print something, can you see it in the printer queue?

Jurge Austin
Hello,The first thing you need to do when you see one of these errors is make sure that your printer is properly plugged in. Check all of your printer cables and confirm that you've put everything in the right place. ThanksJurge Austin
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
I don't know why we bother giving suggestions to this topic, as the original poster never bothered to come back.
Gandalph
Did you have your printer powered up and connected to the machine when you installed the software. If you did, do the following: 1) Power-off the printer.2) Disconnect from the machine.3) Delete the installed driver.4) Reinstall the software from the DMG.5) Connect the printer while it is still powered off.6) Power-on the printer to let the machine know it is there. You should be good to go.
