PC Crashes when loading game

Game - Mashed (Racing Game)

I have the system requirements for that game. The game opens, but when starting a race it just crash my PC. I tried again. Same happened again.

I've searched in google. They say the problem is CPU Overheating. But if it is how can i play a game(GTA:VC) that has more system requirements than Mashed.

System Requirements

OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP -> I have XP

Processor: Pentium 3 @ 1 GHz or Equivalent -> I have P 4 @3 GHz

Ram Memory: 128 MB (256 MB on Windows 2000/XP) -> I have 1 GB

Video Memory: 32 MB ->I have 96 MB

Sound Card: DirectX Compatible -> I have

DirectX: 9.0 -> I have 9.0c

Keyboard & Mouse - I have

CD/DVD Rom Drive - I have

No Error Message Is Shown While Crashing. It just Crashes. But after restarting my PC it shows "System has successfully recovered from serious error". I haven't found anything about it in Event Viewer. Please HELP.....

You are apparently using an onboard Intel® 82865G graphics chip rather than a dedicated graphics card .

Is this a laptop ?

What resolution are you trying to use ?

Where did you find these System Requirements that you quote ?

Have you looked in Event Viewer for entries when this problem happens ?

It's onboard Intel 82865G Graphic controller.

No. It's a Desktop Computer

My monitor's resolution is 1024 x 768. And i always play games in 640 x 480 x 16.

Yes. I have checked in Event Viewer. But couldn't find anything. Besides, no error message did came. It just crashed.
